9. When Jesus Christ died on the cross, he declared his followers to be winners.

10. When Jesus died on the cross.

11. He declared Satan’s power to be no longer invincible.
就是宣告撒但的权势从此败落。
12. When Jesus died on the cross,

13. He made public example of Satan’s power.

14. When Jesus died on the cross,

15. He was saying to all of those who believe in him.

16. Now you are a winner.

17. I made you a winner.
是我使你得胜的。
18. In Isaiah 14:14,
以赛亚书14:14说,
19. When Satan rebelled against God,
当撒但悖逆神的时候,
20. Satan said,

21. I will ascend.

22. I will exalt.

23. I will sit.

24. I will be like the most high God.

25. To that cry of pride and arrogance God said,

26. In verse 15 of Isaiah 14,

27. You shall be brought down

30. Jesus moved in the exact opposite direction to that of Satan.

31. Please listen very carefully,

32. Satan said,

33. I will ascend.

34. Jesus said,

35. I will descend.
我要降卑。
36. Satan said,

37. I will get high up.

38. Jesus said,

39. I will get to the lowest of the low.
我要降为最卑。
40. Satan said,

41. I am full of who I am.
我要唯我独尊。
42. Jesus said,

43. I will empty myself of my glory.
我要舍己,放弃尊荣。
44. Satan said,
撒但说,
45. I will be equal with God.
我要与神同等。
46. Jesus said,
耶稣却说,
47. I will not count equality with God.
我不以与神同等为强夺。
48. Satan said,
撒但说,
49. I want to be the master.
我要作主。
50. Jesus said,
耶稣却说,
51. I will take the form of a servant.
我要成为奴仆的样式。
52. Satan said,
撒但说,
53. I will do it my way.
我要随心所欲。
54. Jesus said,
耶稣却说,
55. I will obey the Father,
我要存心顺服,
56. Even unto death,
以至于死,
57. Death on the cross.
且死在十字架上。
58. And therefore my listening friends.
所以,我亲爱的朋友,
59. On the cross,
在十字架上,
60. Jesus unmasked Satan.
耶稣揭穿了撒但的真面目,
61. He unmasked his false theory of success.
他揭露了撒旦虚假的成功理论。
62. And there Jesus declared
在十字架上,耶稣宣告,
63. That the way up is down,
那要升高的必降为卑,
64. That the way to success,
成功的路径,
65. Is dependence on God.
在于倚靠耶和华。
66. The way to power
能力的道路,
67. Is surrender to God.
在于降伏在神面前。
68. The way to wealth
富足的道路,
69. Is in giving.
在于乐善好施。
70. The way to peace
平安的路途,
71. Is in resisting the enemy.
就是不断抵挡仇敌。
72. The way to victory over sin
胜过罪恶的办法,
73. Is fleeing from temptation.
就是远离试探。
74. The way to the crown
得荣耀之路,
75. Is the cross.
乃是十字架的牺牲。
76. Do you know from history you will understand what I am going to tell you?
我们来看看历史,你就会明白我想要说的了。
77. Any victor of any battle.
任何一场战役的得胜者,
78. Always takes away the spoils of victory from his enemy.
都可以从敌人手中取得所有的战利品。
79. And on the cross,
在十字架上,
80. When Jesus had his victory,
耶稣得胜了,
81. He took all of the privileges that Satan had after his rebelling against God.
他取回了撒但悖逆神之后所获得的一切利益。
82. On the cross,
在十字架上,
83. Jesus took all the privileges that Satan grabbed for himself after the fall.
耶稣夺回了撒但在堕落后所抢夺的权柄。
84. After Satan’s rebellion against God,
在撒但悖逆神之后,
85. God did not seize the authority and the offices which initially he had as an angel.
神并没有剥夺撒但作为天使时所拥有的一切权位。
86. After Satan’s rebellion against God,
在撒但悖逆神之后,
87. He could have,
神本可以除掉他,
88. But God didn’t.
但神没有这样做。
89. And today,
就是在今天,
90. Satan still has power over his own,
撒但仍有权威管辖他的部属,
91. And that is why the Bible tells us.

93. That he is the prince of this world.

94. In Ephesians 2:2,

95. He is the prince of the power of the air.

99. It tells us that he is the god of this age.

1. But on the cross,

2. Satan’s power over Jesus’ flock was curtailed.

3. His power over Jesus’ followers has become limited.

4. His power over Jesus’ disciples is rendered defeated.

6. Why?

7. The barrier of sin that once separated believers from God has been removed.
因为原来把人和神分隔的罪的障碍已被挪开,
8. The gulf of sin has been bridged.
罪的鸿沟已被填平,
9. The condemnation lodged against us has been removed.
那烙在你我身上的咒诅已被解除,
10. The death that characterized our fate has been taken away.
我们命运的终局不再是死亡,
11. And we have been made alive with Christ.
我们已经与基督一同活过来,
12. Only in heaven will we be able to comprehend.
只有到天上我们才能了解其中的奥秘。
13. We will never be able to comprehend until we get heaven what it cost God to make the offer of salvation possible through Christ.
除非等我们见到神的那一天,否则我们无法了解神通过基督赐给你我的救恩是何等浩大。
14. In Colossians chapter 2 beginning at verse 13,
歌罗西书2:13-15,
15. I want to read it to you.
让我们来读。
2:13-15:
你们从前在过犯和未受割礼的肉体中死了,神赦免了你们一切过犯,便叫你们与基督一同活过来;又涂抹了在律例上所写、攻击我们、有碍于我们的字据,把它撤去,钉在十字架上。既将一切执政的、掌权的掳来,明显给众人看,就仗着十字架夸胜。
16. God has forgiven you all of your trespasses.
神已经赦免了你一切的过犯,
17. How?
祂怎么做到的呢?
18. By canceling the bond which has stood against us with its legal demands.
就是免除了我们的罪债。
19. He did this by nailing that bond to the cross.
祂把我们的罪债钉在十字架上,
20. By disarming the principalities and the powers.
祂解除了那些在幽暗世界执政的、掌权的邪恶势力,
21. By making public show example of them.
在众人面前揭发它们,让人认出他们的真面目,
22. Triumphing over them in him.
在基督里战胜了它们。
23. Before God could declare salvation to us sinners,
在神向我们这些罪人宣告救赎之前,
24. It was necessary for Jesus Christ to enter into conflict with old Lucifer.
耶稣基督必须与魔鬼对抗,
25. He must do battle with him.
祂必须与撒但争战。
26. And Jesus came out of the battle as the victor.

27. And he declared Satan to be vanquished foe.
祂宣告撒但彻底的失败。
28. In that passage of Colossians chapter 2.

29. Paul gives us a magnificent picture of how the Roman legal system worked.
保罗描述罗马那了不起的法律制度是如何运作的。
30. I want you to listen very carefully please.
请仔细听我说,
31. Back then in the Roman empire.
在罗马帝国时期,
32. In the court of law.
在法庭里,
33. The accusing witness will appear.
控方的证人必须出庭,
34. And is interrogated by the Roman authorities.
先接受罗马当局的询问,
35. Then his testimony had to be substantiated before his case could be taken to the judge.
在他的案子正式上庭之前,必须确定他的证词充分有力,证据确凿,
36. When the indictment has been handed down,

37. And the case comes to trial,

38. It was necessary for the accuser to stand in the presence of the accused,

39. And give his testimony before the judge.

40. And in our case,

41. Our accuser is no other than Satan himself,

42. Satan is our accuser,

43. And he knows what the word of God said,

44. God’s word said that the soul that sinned, it shall die.

45. And the word of God said that the wages of sin is death.
神说,罪的工价乃是死。
46. So, when Satan comes before God as our accuser,
当撒但在神面前控诉我们的时候,
47. And he pointed out our sins before God,
他在神面前指出我们的罪,
48. These were sins of which we are guilty.
那些确实是我们犯过的罪,
49. Satan’s accusations are just.
撒但的控诉是公正的,
50. Satan’s accusations are true.
撒但所控诉的是属实的,
51. Satan’s accusations are real.
撒但的控诉是真确的,
52. Satan’s accusations are fair.
撒但的控诉是公平的,
53. There is no one righteous not even one.
因为没有一个义人,
54. For we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
世人都犯了罪,亏缺了神的荣耀。
55. Satan didn’t have to work hard to find a catalog of our sins.
撒但很容易就可以找到我们身上一大堆的罪,
56. Satan didn’t have to go very far to gather evidence in this case.
撒但很容易就可以收集到我们的罪证,
57. Satan didn’t need a private investigator to help gather information.
他不需要找私家侦探调查,就可以找到足够的证据,
58. All of the evidence were there.
所有证据就摆在那里。
59. God the judge agreed with the accuser.
神这位大法官同意撒但的控诉,
60. God the judge.
神这位大法官,
61. Knew that the evidence were overwhelming.
知道证据多得数不清。
62. God the judge.
神这位大法官,
63. Could not wink at our sin with which we were born.
不能对我们的罪视而不见。
64. God the judge,
神这位大法官,
65. Could not ignore our practice of sin.
祂不能忽视我们的罪行,
66. God the judge,
神这位大法官,
67. Knew that we were under condemnation of sin even before Satan accused us.
祂知道,即使撒但不控告我们,我们仍然要落在罪的咒诅之下。
68. And that is why
这就是为什么,
69. Before God could accept us into his family,
在神接受我们进入祂的家之前,
70. Before God could declare us forgiven,
在神宽恕我们之前,
71. It was necessary for Jesus Christ to do something about Satan’s indictment.
耶稣基督必须解决撒但的控诉。
72. A just judge cannot dismiss an indictment if it is true.
公正的法官不能宣告一个正确的控诉为无效,
73. And God is a just judge.
神是公正的法官,
74. Now the Pharisees were not.
法利赛人却不是,
75. These Pharisees brought false accusations against Jesus.
法利赛人诬告耶稣。
76. And there was an Italian judge by the name of Pontius Pilate.
有一个义大利的法官名叫彼拉多,
77. And he washed his hands out of the whole mess.
他在众人面前洗手,表明自己处身局外,洗脱牵连,
78. And he thought that this is how he can exercise justice.
他以为这样就算伸张公义了。
79. But you see, world courts may fail.
你看,世上的法庭会失败,
80. World courts may be flawed.
世上的法庭有缺陷,
81. But not so with God.
可是神的法庭没有。
82. He is just.
神是公义的,
83. God is fair.
神是公平的,
84. God is pure.
神是圣洁的。
85. In verse 14,
在14节,
86. Paul indicates that the case was investigated.
保罗说,案子经过调查后,
87. And it is found to be true.
一切属实,
88. When Satan stood and pointed the accusing finger toward you,
当撒但站在神面前,指控你的时候,
89. His accusations were true.
他的控诉是确实的。
90. When Satan stood pointing his accusing finger toward me,
当撒但站在神面前指控我的时候,
91. His accusations were true.
他的控诉是确实的,
92. Because we were guilty as charged.
因为你我都确实有罪,符合罪状。
93. We cannot rely on slick lawyers to find a loophole.
我们不能指望一个机灵的律师,钻法律漏洞来替我们开脱。
94. We cannot find a jury who will judge us on the basis of their emotion.
我们找不着一个陪审员会凭着他的感情审判我们。
95. We cannot rely on some technicality of the law.
我们不能玩弄法律条文为自己辩护,
96. You cannot stand before the judge and say, well, I was good here and here and here but only bad there.
在法官面前说,我各方面的表现都很好,只有这一点作错了。
97. One sin is sufficient to condemn us.
一个罪行就足以定我们的罪,
98. We cannot claim any legal immunity.
我们不能要求任何豁免权,
99. We cannot claim political immunity or protection.
我们不能要求政治豁免或庇护。

2. We were guilty as charged,

3. Is this the end of the story?
